Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your jewelry in its original Mint & Lily packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
